Direct Caregiver
Direct Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Transitional AFC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Caregivers to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our licensed, home-like setting in Fraser, Michigan. In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care, medication support, and emotional encouragement while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful daily routines. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a calm, respectful approach to care.
