Our Community Integration
Community Integration services support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in building meaningful connections and participating actively in community life. We help individuals engage in educational opportunities, wellness initiatives, and recreational activities that support mental health, personal growth, and social inclusion. Our approach encourages confidence, independence, and a strong sense of belonging beyond the home.
